Regular Registration: May 16, 2024 (12:00am) through July 31, 2024 (11:59pm) Cost: $200 Flag: $150

AGE BY August 31:
A String: Birth Years 2011-2012, Ages 12-13
B String: Birth Years 2013-2014, Ages 10-11
C String: Birth Years 2015-2016, Ages 8-9
D String*: Birth Years 2017-2018, Ages 6-7
Flag*: Birth Years 2018-2019, Ages 5-6
*Birth year 2018, age 6 have the option of playing either D String or Flag. Must be age 6 or younger to play Flag.

Registration includes a custom North Perry jersey for each player.
Parents must provide:

North Perry will Provide:

DEPOSIT:
An equipment deposit of $200 is required prior to receiving gear. The Football Coordinator will schedule gear handout at the beginning of the season and gear turn-in at the conclusion of the season. If gear is not turned in and three attempts are made to collect said gear, North Perry will deposit the $200 equipment deposit.
PRACTICE INFORMATION:
Practice starts the first week of August, Monday-Friday 5:30pm-7:30pm at the North Perry fields.
After the first game, practice will be 4 days a week - days and times will be decided by the Head Coach.
*Please make sure your player has the appropriate gear and is ready to practice (this includes cleats, athletic support, mouth piece, and water).
GAME INFORMATION:
Games will be held on Saturdays. As of 2022, A-B Level games are now required to use High School Football Stadium fields.
PAYMENT PLAN & SCHOLARSHIPS:
To request a payment plan, please complete the payment plan request form. To request a scholarship, register your player then complete the scholarship request form. A scholarship can only be requested once in a calendar year to ensure the opportunity is available to as many families as possible.
Applications for payment plans and scholarships must be submitted at the latest by the first Wednesday in August. All applications will be reviewed by the North Perry Executive Board and approved on a first come first served basis. Scholarships are only available for 10% of total registrations per sport season. If approved for a scholarship, you are still responsible for a $100 fee which covers the cost of insurance and custom jersey.

REFUND POLICY:
- All refund requests will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
- For a full refund, request must be made one week prior to the first game.
- After the first game, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
- If a jersey has been ordered, the cost of the jersey will be deducted from the refund.
- All gear/equipment must be returned to North Perry prior to issuance of a refund.
